1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and airon paly ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the airon paly website, mobile application, and any associated services available through the platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the airon paly platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP. You must not share your account access with any other person. airon paly will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify airon paly support immediately via the contact email provided. The platform will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but cannot be held liable for losses that occurred prior to notification.

KYC identity verification is required to process withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on airon paly are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using approved local payment methods, which include Philippine online banking channels and supported local e-wallets. The available payment channels are displayed inside your account at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit. airon paly does not accept deposits via international credit cards or cryptocurrency. Any deposit received through a non-approved method may be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• One active bonus per account at a time. A current bonus must be completed or forfeited before a new one can be activated.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the airon paly platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, and online poker — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or game category. By playing any game, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

For live casino games, the decisions made by the live dealer are final once a betting round is closed. For sports betting, odds are confirmed at the time your bet is placed. In-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined — due to delay in transmission or otherwise — may be voided at airon paly's discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, the platform will attempt to restore your session and balance to the last confirmed state. airon paly cannot be held liable for losses caused by network interruptions outside the platform's control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the airon paly platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or fund an account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way that is not part of normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any form of financial fraud.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Evidence of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.

In cases of suspension due to a suspected violation, any real-money balance in the account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the account is cleared, the balance will be released for withdrawal.
